So the tax credit ends, now what? Here is a summary of the Puyallup area results. They might surprise you.
A few brave sellers raised their price. Only three times that lowered their price. The 66 listing pending is probably a result of the tax credit, time will tell more on that. The better news is the 43 homes sold. I am sort of surprised at the number of new listings. It was my impression serious sellers listed a few weeks ago at the latest. Below is the entire MLS for your review.
My summary of working with many buyers and sellers this month is that they were both bargain hunters and serious buyers. They were fortunate that interest rates were under 5%. Sellers that were serious came to the table and negotiated. We didn’t see any case of multiple offers which played to the buyers hands. This past month was fun. I felt every transaction we entered into was win win.
Just be careful out there. We all know it’s slick….but we don’t think about it. So put both hands on the wheel and get to Christmas Day safely!!!
If I can do anything to help you in your new home search…I work in the snow too!!!

Christmas snow coming
Do you remember me telling you it was coming? I told ya, I told ya! It is no big deal, we just need to find our gloves and our umbrella. Make sure the cobwebs are out of the chimney. I noticed at my house last night….I went to find my little blanky. Yep, it was right where I left it.
This is just informational….The Pierce Transit asked my permission to use one of my pictures on their website.
Pretty Cool huh!!! I am so proud.
So check it out at their Website……………Click here!!!
I know everyone and their dog will be out this weekend camping, doing, going, seeing whatever is out there. It’s the last hurrah before summer’s officially over. The good thing is The Fair starts next Friday, too. We have a booth there, back by the Green Gate. Remember I was telling you about the weight loss I am having???? Down 35 pounds now, feeling great. Wow! What a load off. The other side of the coin….The company(Isagenix) is so happy with me they are sending me checks. Can you believe it??? I mean serious checks. Well, remember it’s about Fall now, and you better take your umbrella, wherever you go.
We were driving out of Tillamook on US 101 and all of a sudden we saw a lot of brake lights in front of us and sirens coming from behind us. After a while, we rolled slowly by a bad, bad accident. A huge logging truck was hurt a little bit and a pickup camper was not so lucky. It was flattened.
The moral of the story is: when you drive ….always, always be careful out there. You never know when your last day is coming. So live like today is your last. Kiss your spouse goodbye, tell your kids that you love them, call you folks….you won’t be sorry. What’s the worst that could happen?? Maybe you live and your family knows that you care!!!
I am not saying everyone needs to go to the ocean….but I am on the beach at Seaside. Well in a few minutes, when I get done writing this, I will be. The sun, the mighty Pacific Ocean, we just won a free dinner at a local restaurant. Wow! I am finally on vacation again!
Hoping you are all doing great, this is your local friendly Puyallup Realtor, Dennis Endres….wishing you the best today!
Oh, by the way……….before I left for the ocean, I have lost another 5 pounds…unintentionally. Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it??
I know this has nothing to do with Real Estate and most people’s real lives……..but I have been online, this weekend, playing this new game with some of my friends. It is called Mafia Wars and it’s a lot of fun. Pretending we’re gangsters or something. If this is something you might want to try………I will email you the link and you can be in my family. I get a little ticked off when someone attacks me and my family out of the blue………but, hey, it’s part of the game!!!
This is your favorite Puyallup Realtor, bringing you the news and yes, even some stupid stuff sometimes.
I have talked to a lot of people about I-Phones. Nobody has anything bad to say…except the expense. I guess if you use it and all the Apps…it is very well worth. I am getting ready to take the plunge because, as you can imagine, I use my phone a lot in the Real Estate Industry and the emails and ….well you get the picture.
