Puyallup, Pierce and Thurston Report

Here it is. The update on Closed Sales Homes and Condos in Pierce and Thurston Counties. This is for June 2007 and the Year to Date comparison to 2006. Some areas are up a little in Sale price. Some areas are down in Sale price. What’s important for most Sellers is that the number of homes actually selling….are Down or WAY DOWN!!
