Puyallup/Pierce County New Homes still going up in Price!

Year to date September 2007

For New Home Construction

Average Sale Price: $375,418, up 9%

Median Sale Price: $331,510, up 10%

1660 sold vs.2981 last year, off 44%; volume off 39% to $623 million

All Sales…year to date 2007

For all sales…. average residence price: $311,197 up 6%

The numbers seem to say that new homes are still driving the price.
