I’m offering this FREE service for Buyers and Sellers.

If you’d like to Buy a home, know what you can afford, but still searching areas on your own….

OR….

If you’re Selling your home and want to know the other homes in your area are selling for(your competition)…

Both of you can use my service without a Realtor. Well, at least in the beginning.      Later,  when you have a better idea of what and where you want to be, THEN CALL ME!

You should probably be Pre Approved by a lender to use this service. You will then know what you can afford. You don’t have to be, just a suggestion. Click the lender button at the top of this page.

It’s easy to use. Just put in your name, email, phone#, and the price….Then look at the map and figure out where you’d like to search! Use the magnifying glass to get specific.
