WOW!! Sun Comes Out in Puyallup
I know this is going to surprise you , with all the nasty rain and clouds lately….
But, I saw the sun this morning. I was looking at property and homes for sale in Puyallup and I saw this big thing up in the sky. It wasn’t a bird, it wasn’t a plane, it wasn’t even Superman……….It was the sun!!!!
It’s very bright, so it doesn’t make that great a picture. The sun’s out…LOOK.
I know, just because the sun’s out doesn’t make the homes worth more or assure buyers that it’s OK to buy. Still, it’s a positive note and buyers should look at talking to a buyer’s agent, just to see! If you knew you could afford a home, would it make a difference to you and your family???
