         All Sales(vs. Year to date 2006)

               Residential Sales Volume: off 27%

               Plexes(2-5 units) Sales: off 40%

               Land Sales: decreased 43%

              Average Residence: $309,662 up 5%

       Existing Home Sales(vs. Year to date 2006)

               9116 units sold this year vs. 13,118

               Average price up 6% to $316,808

        Condos, Townhomes and Commons(vs. Year to date 2006)

                Average Sale Price: 253,206, up 3%

                Median Sale price: $237,000, up 7%

                 50% are new.

                 1802 sold  vs. 1802 sold last year: Unchanged

            Projection   

                  Relative inventory decreased to 9.5 months, a buyers market.
