Snowbound near the Golf course Snow piled near the store

You might want to wait a while to launch your boat here.
This last weekend, we had an occasion to take a day trip to Lake Cushman. We have a property for sale up there and it needed to be checked on. We took some pictures on the way so you can witness some snow. Down in the lowlands we sometimes miss out on Mother Nature. Sometimes that’s a good thing.
The harsh weather and the boat launch at Lake Cushman didn’t get along this winter. As you can tell by the pictures.
Maybe it’s not the right time of year to have a home for sale at Lake Cushman???
Well, after all, I am a Realtor/buyer’s agent and someone might want to buy it.
In the summer, it’s really nice here and the boat ramp will undoubtedly be repaired!!

Have you ever been driving, stuck in traffic?
All of a sudden you come around a corner and WOW!!! What a sunset!
You think to yourself….where the heck is my camera??
Well this has happened to me. Too many times. So now I pretty much always have my camera. I get a few good shots so I can share with others. This is one of those times.
Usually all I get to take pictures of are homes or real estate for sale. Sometimes a great view of the lake from someone’s back porch.
So….Enjoy!

So, what do these 3 things have in common, you ask??
Well, according to the WSDOT(Washington State Department of Transportation), Snoqualmie Pass has had over 100 inches of snow in the last two weeks.
Skiiers and snowboarders probably know all this already. The road crews are working a lot of hours to clean up. I know some of my Realtor friends from Puyallup are up there a lot skiing. Just be careful, take your chains and watch out for others.
For more information click on the front page of my site for WSDOT cameras. They have several cameras up on the passes and even all over the Greater Puget Sound.

There are a lot of homes for sale in Puyallup.
I want to make sure a lot of Home Buyers see this article by Larry Cragun of Issaquah.
As a buyer’s agent in Puyallup, I want people to get the best!
This is important if you plan on buying a home.
Even if you are NOT using me as your Realtor……..
This is a big deal…….Find a good, experienced Realtor and use their Preferred Lender.
Save yourself a lot of grief by not using your friend at work(who does loans part-time), your Uncle Billy(because he needs the business), or someone else who may or may not know what to do when a snag comes up.
I’ve been doing this a long time. Trust me….something will come up. The experienced people know what to do next.
