Like my good friend, Larry, says…..Yummy!!
I just talked to Jen at Indulge Cupcakes, downtown Puyallup. She says that after the article came out in The News Tribune, it’s been a little nuts at her Cupcake store on N. Meridian. So, my point is, if you want some cupcakes…..you better get down to Indulge Cupcakes early, or you might end with just the crumbs.
I have already told a bunch of my Realtor friends, and they love this place too!

It’s hard to see this far away, but down aways, there are people working!
The shortcut is all bustling now: trucks, pipe, dirt, workers running all around.
I know, it’s still a long way off, but I like seeing progress and people out there working. It makes me think it could be sooner!!! Maybe??

This information is presented a little differently than my data brought to you the other day. This shows areas specifically and what’s happening in 2007 versus 2006.
I will share with you some of the areas and how they were in 2007 versus 2006.
LISTINGS CLOSED SALES

What all these numbers mean……
For the most part, all the areas have about the same amount of listings for sale, in 2006 and again in 2007.
However, the number of homes that Have Sold are mostly from 15% to 36% less in 2007 than were sold in 2006.
Bottom line, most people call something like this…….”a buyer’s market”. So if you want to take advantage of the times and buy some Real Estate….Do it Now!
