Open Houses this weekend are a little meager. There are only three advertised in the NWMLS computer as being open.

3122 26th Ave. SE             3bd/2.25ba           $329,950            Saturday       1:00-4:00

1822 22nd Ave. SE            3bd/2ba                 $295,000           Saturday      12:00-3:00

7820 128th St. E.               4bd/3ba                 $419,950            Saturday      12:00-2:30

Two aren’t too far from each other, maybe you could look at both, check out the third home, then call your favorite Realtor, me, Dennis Endres at Keller Williams Realty, 253 683-3100.

There are still some very good deals out there if you have an idea that you want to invest in some Real Estate. Yes, the market is down….but that’s the time to buy a home.
