Have any of you ever run into bees in the fields? Some of us are very allergic to the stinger end of bees….but we still love to put honey on toast. Below is a great article I just received.

Bee and Beehive products have been appreciated and utilized for ages; existing as far back as 45 million years. Ancient people from all around the globe used Bee products for their medicinal and nutritional properties. Most religious and historical writings have a reference to at least one Bee product.

WHAT DID OUR ANCESTORS KNOW THAT WE ARE JUST DISCOVERING? Honey Bees are miracle workers which greatly impact us and our planet. Bee Pollen, Propolis, Royal Jelly, and Honey products can supply the human body with the required elelments for healthy function; including vitamins, amino acids, hormones, and enzymes.

In addition, these products contain bio-chemical substances which baffle scientists to this day; making it extremely difficult to completely synthesize the components. These unidentified compounds, containing some “Bee Magic” work together synergistically creating perfectly balanced, nutritional super-foods.

You can find Bee products in health food and supplement stores. Combining the products provides best assimilation; purchasing raw is always the best. Honey preserves the delicate Royal Jelly; eat one teaspoon a day to enjoy the surprising benefits.

Fact: Not only do we benefit from these amazing insects personally but they are vital to our eco system; pollinating over 80% of green growing plants!
