YEAR-TO-DATE JULY 2008

         All Sales (vs. Year-to-Date 2007

             Residential Sales volume:    off 45%

             Residential Transactions:     off 42%

             Mobile home sales on land:   off 63%

             Plexes (2-5 units) Sales:   off 57%

             Land sales:   decreased 65%

            Average Residence:   $296,302   off 5%
