True, we are not Seattle. However it’s only 30 miles away. Do you think we might resemble what they have?

Did you know that salt is good for so many things. It’s not just for your frozen driveway or to make your eggs tasty. I have some ideas for you. These came from “Woman’s Day”
Remove dirt from greens: swirl them in a bowl of salted water.
Get rid of excess soap bubbles in dishwater: sprinkle in a pinch of salt.
Clean a greasy pan: shake salt into it before washing to absorb grease.
A sticky iron: sprinkle salt on brown paper, then run hot iron over it-remove buildup.
Prevent frost on inside of windows: sponge them with salted water.
I know what you mean….some of them sound weird to me. Try it. …Maybe you’ll like it!!

I have the latest, greatest statistics from my statistician in my office….. Puyallup homes are selling!!
109 Resale homes sold in Puyallup last month. Of those 109….the 40 that were priced “IN the market” sold in an average of 18 days. Homes that were not but “CHASED the market” sold in an average of 90 days.
The Puyallup absorption rate is lessening now, but it is still over 7 months.
The lesson here is that if you want your home to sell, you need to price it right. Not what you think it’s worth, not what your brother in law says it’s worth, not because of all the money you put into it last year…………….It needs to be priced to sell Right Now!
If that’s not a possibility….Don’t Sell Now!!!

I have mentioned this before, but it deserves more. Vicky Mohler, one of my heroes, is still at it. Trying to get more packages to the troops in Iraq and Afganistan. They are over there doing our dirty work….without so much as a thank you from most of us.
