Spangle Flag Flies High
In the small town of Spangle, there is a Service Organization that put up this flag. Out of respect, I went and talked to them for a minute just to tell them….I am a veteran and I really appreciate someone who has the same respect for our flag. Thank you! To you all!
Just seeing it up there, so high….well, it makes me think of all the troops so far away, putting their lives on the line for us, today and the next day and the next day after that. Many thanks to them as well!

You heard it first here folks. I am one of the Instructors for the Washington State Bond Loan Seminars and we will be having a class in my Keller Williams office on Tuesday the 28th of April. The class will start at 5PM and run until 10:00 PM. Remember to bring a sack lunch with you because we will just have short breaks. There is a lot to cover, such as…closing costs, down payments, escrow accounts, good faith estimates and a lot more. Don’t forget to bring a calculator and and there will be no childcare provided.
Our plan is to have these seminars every month to help all of you to be more informed about the Home Buying process.

I am in Spokane this week getting qualified to teach classes for home buyers. There are special loans available out there for buyers who are willing to take a short seminar to learn more about the process of buying a home. They will get certified for this specialty loan. I will be giving this class focusing on the buying of a home aspect. Yes, there are still some good buys on homes out there!!
There will be a qualified instructor at these classes who will be focusing on the lending. Giving a lot of information about mortgages, interest rates, closing costs and lots of technical terms that confuse a lot of us.
Look for classes coming up in my office(Keller Williams Realty Puyallup) in the near future. I will keep you posted when classes will start. They only take a few hours….so don’t let it scare you!!

I just found out that the State of Washington has some money of mine. I am going to have to prove to them that it’s mine, but then they will send it to me!! Pretty cool, huh?? If you think the state might have some of your money, check out the website below. If they have your money, they will show you how to get it back. They might have it for a variety of reasons. i.e….You moved and the people who owe you can’t find you, so they send it to the state. It’s free money, why not check???

Work continuing on Shaw Road Extension
I just heard today that the Shaw Road Extension was approved in the budget. They have been working on it all winter. Just not very fast. I assume they were waiting for more funds before they got too excited. It was initially set to be done next year anyway.

Snow????? What's with this?
At least it is at my house this morning. I don’t know about everyone one else………I am looking forward to Spring. Are You?? Anybody see any snowmen yet? I wanted to say “Too much snow, I am staying home.” But, I have things to do, people to call, etc. so, here I am!
