Why Do Clouds Stay Together??

Is there a shape in this cloud??

Is there a shape in this cloud??

Or, should the question be….why do they drift apart? Why are they sometimes stringy? Why are they sometimes huge billowy monsters, with shapes that resemble our pets or dragons??
