Before the Wedding……What a view, huh???
During the wedding, 50 feet from the water, in front of all of us!
After the Wedding…….Bliss!!
No, not in Puyallup. But with Puyallupites…if there is such a word. A friend of mine got married this weekend. Actually, two friends of mine got married this weekend. It was such an incredible view from Kingston. The water, Mt. Rainier, The Seattle skyline, the Space Needle. You could almost see the Narrows Bridges….That’s probably Superman vision though.
My point for today is these people planned this with all of their friends to be a great day, no matter what. As it turned out, It was a terrific day. I have included some photos to show you all.

Picture yourself in this home! What do you have to do to afford this home?? Call Me!!
This seems to some that it’s a no-brainer. But does everyone know the basics of buying a home? Does everyone know that you need to have good credit to get a loan these days??
What should we do first? We don’t want to waste time(or money) if we can’t afford to buy a home. Where do get the knowledge? It’s not like you can go to college! Can you?? The answers you need are not easy to find.

Mortgages are always available. But, are they available to all of us? Do you have to have lots of down payment? Do you really have to have over 700 FICO score. Are those lenders on the Television giving us the right information about mortgages??
OR…do they just want our money? Some mortgage lenders charge up front fees. Some are actually willing to help us get a loan and move into our new home. Who do you trust? Do we call that guy on TV? Can we trust anybody???
All of these questions are a big concern now. Predatory lending, divorce, identity theft. Our lives are getting bombarded by stuff!!
I can help you with some of these answers and most of them you need to talk to lender that you trust! Do you know someone? I know several. One of them will fit your needs!

I am not in the middle of this losing weight thing with Kieran Murry(of Kieranslist.com). However I do have a lot of respect for the people who can commit to the discipline. I have to devote all my time to my home buyers and home sellers right now. It is very stressful for them, and they need me when they need me!!
So, if you can commit to a Cause…..this is one to get involved with. They will be starting a FFCIII sometime this winter, I am sure. Too many people enjoy this to let it go.

For a quick sandwich or a Latte…..The Pickled Pepper, around the corner from my office.
We all have a favorite restaurant, or 2, or 3. Me, I have several, depending on my mood, the time of day, how hungry am I? Where I am when I get hungry, do I want a quickie? Right now I am thinking about my business lunch at Denny’s. I usually eat the chicken salad. It is always the same….great!
When I want an early dinner and I’m still in the office….I always think of a restaurant close by….The Pickled Pepper. Colleen or Kaytii will deliver, maybe even on her way home after work. This is very convenient for me, cause I will probably stay at work until late.
So, Now you know where you can find me…….sometimes!! Soon The Fair starts, and you know where you’ll find me then. Yessir, at one of the onion burger spots.

Do you think your insurance would cover something like this???
Some insurance companies, including some BIG names, are imposing new hurricane deductibles based on 1% to 15% of a home’s insured value….according to insurance expert Amy Bach.
I think everyone should check out their website to see if any of this applies to us!!
