I admire these homeowners patriotism. This is very big flag. It makes me want to put in one at my house. Y’all know me. I enjoy our freedom. A wise man once said “Freedom isn’t Free!”
The next time you take a vacation and Don’t have to show ID at the state line, the next time you decide to vote for someone, the next time you go home and you still have a home, the next time you take your gun to the gun-range, the next time you protest or demonstrate your rights……..
Thank a veteran!
It’s because they were in the desert then and right now. It’s because they crawled through the jungle, that you have those rights. You can burn that flag, you can carry those signs, you can complain all you want to. We are free!!!
Thank a veteran….and remember….some of them won’t be coming back! They did it for you and for me. I guess you can tell that I get a little carried away around Veterans Day. It’s coming up in a few weeks.

This was last winter. Do you want to chance freezing your patooties off again???
Here is a great article to read about trying to heat your home this winter. All prices are going up….so read this article!!! Save some money! A lot of it is common sense. Plug holes, put in some more insulation, turn down the heat. But there are some things you might not think of……turn down the hot water tank temperature, close the fireplace damper………

How do we cope with our credit crunch? How do we cope with the fact that it’s hard to get a loan to keep our small business afloat?? There are some ways to keep going.
For example:
Peer to peer Lending sites….borrow from your Peers.
Community Banks….we have quite a few home-grown banks in our area.
Negotiating with customers and suppliers…..asking for better terms.
